1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website allseasonsgolfclub.com and the services, facilities, and memberships provided by All Seasons Indoor Golf Club ("All Seasons," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1225 W 103rd St, Kansas City, MO 64114. By accessing our website, booking a bay, purchasing a membership, or using our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. The Facility and Services
All Seasons Indoor Golf Club operates an indoor golf simulator facility offering simulator bay rentals, memberships, golf instruction, leagues, events, and related services. Our facility is open daily, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Hours, pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Bookings and Reservations
Simulator bays and tee times may be reserved through our third-party booking provider. Rates are charged per bay, per hour, and vary by day and time. By making a reservation you agree to the rate displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling: 24 hour notice is required for full refund of pre-paid reservations.
Late arrival: Reserved time begins at the scheduled start time; late arrival does not extend the reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at our discretion.
4. Memberships
All Seasons offers monthly memberships in tiers, each including a set number of bay-hours per month and access during specified time windows, as described on our Memberships page.
Billing: Memberships are billed monthly to the payment method on file for the Key Member. The Key Member is responsible for all charges on the membership account.
Cart Riders: A Key Member may add Cart Riders to their membership. All members and Cart Riders draw from the same shared monthly pool of hours. Overflow hours beyond the included monthly allotment are billed at 50% of the then-current public rate; each booking is charged to the member or Cart Rider who makes that booking.
Cancellation: All of our memberships are month to month with the date of enrollment being the 30 day billing cycle.
Unused hours: Monthly included hours do not roll over from month to month unless otherwise stated.
Membership pricing, tiers, included hours, and benefits are subject to change; we will provide notice of material changes to active members.
5. Lessons and Instruction
Golf instruction is provided by independent instructors who set their own schedules, rates, and policies. Lessons are arranged directly with the instructor. All Seasons is not responsible for scheduling, cancellation, or refund matters between students and independent instructors.
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments for bookings, memberships, lessons, and other services are processed through third-party payment providers. Customer must contact the club house with 24 hour of reserved start time to receive a full refund.
7. Facility Rules and Conduct
While using our facility, you agree to: follow all posted rules and reasonable instructions from staff; treat equipment, simulators, and the premises with care; behave respectfully toward staff and other guests; and supervise any minors in your party at all times. We are a BYOB facility; guests bringing alcohol are responsible for doing so lawfully and responsibly, and must be of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to remove any person from the premises for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, or for violation of these Terms, without refund.
8. Damage to Property
You are responsible for any damage to simulators, equipment, or facility property caused by you or members of your party (including guests and Cart Riders booking under your reservation or membership) beyond normal wear, and agree to reimburse All Seasons for the cost of repair or replacement.
9. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Golf, including indoor simulator golf, involves swinging clubs and physical activity that carry inherent risks of injury to yourself and others. By using our facility, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Seasons Indoor Golf Club, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from use of the facility, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of All Seasons Indoor Golf Club or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and services rely on third-party providers (including booking, payment, and analytics services) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.
