We get asked a lot why we run our Kansas City golf memberships the way we do — and the answer is simple: golf is better with friends. Every membership carries one Key Member plus up to four Cart Riders, all playing off the same membership, all booking independently, all at no extra charge.
Every membership has one Key Member — the account owner, on file for billing. From their profile, the Key Member can add up to four Cart Riders: friends, family, coworkers, whoever they golf with.
Adding a Cart Rider takes seconds. The Key Member sends an invite from their profile, the Cart Rider gets a text, they accept — and they're in. The Key Member can add or drop Cart Riders anytime, so your roster changes as your golf group does.
Once they're on the account, every Cart Rider draws from the same shared pool of hours as the Key Member. A Range Hero membership includes 8 bay-hours a month — and those hours belong to the whole group.
You book by the bay, not by the person. If the whole group comes in together for an hour, that's one booking and one hour off the pool — no matter how many of you are there. Every Cart Rider has their own login, so anyone can book independently. No password sharing. Everyone just plays.

You and a friend both plan to play twice a week. Split a Weekend Warrior membership and it works out to about $150 a month each. (The Key Member is billed the full membership; how you split it with your Cart Rider is up to the two of you.)

Use up your included hours and you're never locked out. Every hour beyond your monthly pool is billed at 50% of the current public rate — and because public rates change by time and day, your discount scales with them.
For a Range Hero member who's used their 8 hours: 8AM Tuesday, public rate $25, you pay $12.50. 2PM Wednesday, public $30, you pay $15. 8PM Thursday, public $40, you pay $20. The pricier the slot, the more your membership saves you. No cap on overflow hours.
Booking outside your tier's hours? You're never blocked. If a Cart Rider or Key Member books a time outside their window, the app offers the standard public rate at checkout — pay it there and you're booked.
On overflow billing: charges are handled per booking. Whoever books an overflow hour pays for that booking themselves at checkout — no surprise charges on the Key Member's card for a friend's session.
Weekend Warrior crew already burned through 8 hours? Book overflow at half the public rate — if public Saturday prime is $50/hour, you pay $25 for that extra hour while you watch the game and play an extra nine.
You blew through your pool by the 15th — keep grinding. Overflow tracks the live public price, so you're always saving 50% versus walk-in, with no penalty for playing more.

Guests in your bay are always welcome — booking is by bay-hour. Cart Riders you've invited can also book on their own with their own login, all from the same hour pool.
